Over the last two years, BABICM have commissioned two surveys of the experiences of their members around care and support provision during and post pandemic. The focus of both surveys was of the challenges that case managers experience in recruiting and retaining support workers for their clients. In a series of events and publications the challenges have been presented and explored. Now, this event links BABICM's research to practice.
BABICM's Research & Evidence Publications Group are delighted to present their published research at this event and continue on to explore how our range of expert speakers have managed from their perspective to keep their clients' care and support packages 'afloat' in this challenging environment. We are delighted to present a programme of esteemed speakers representing care providers, expert witnesses, case managers and Counsel as well as a national care body to look at how the challenges are being met across the UK as we continue to ride out the storm.
