Directions
Please see https://www.coventrybuildingsocietyarena.co.uk/visiting-us/getting-here/ for directions and map to the venue. Our event is in the convention centre, which has its own entrance. Car parking at the Arena is free and there is plenty of spaces.
On the day of the event you can use any of the parking kiosks around the venue, using the code BABICM25 to discount your parking. Please note this must be done just before exiting the arena, if it is done prior to your parking will not be validated for the remaining time you are onsite.
Please use car park B for the conference. You will then enter via the large glass area.
Accommodation
Accommodation for this event should be booked separately. We have negotiated special rates with the onsite hotel (Doubletree by Hilton, Coventry Arena) which can be booked here . Alternatively you can book by telephone on 024 7693 3340 to book using a discount code 1606BA. Dates can be changed as required.
